Disposal of Garbage including kitchen waste is the alarming problem of the state. There is a need to dispose Kitchen/Organic waste at source to encourage disseminated system of disposal and to reduce the use of fossil fuel/LPG for cooking purpose, as Biogas being the costeffective alternative fuel for cooking.
